About Positive HRM Consulting

Better workplaces.
A more positive world.

We help organizations become places where people flourish, work has meaning, and success creates value beyond the organization itself.

Positive Human Resource Management is more than a wellness initiative. It connects organizational strategy, employee strengths, meaningful work, fair relationships, and supportive conditions. Wellbeing is an essential outcome, not simply a means to improve performance.

Our scholar-practitioner foundation brings rigorous inquiry into the realities of leading people. We believe organizations can profit with honor and act as a force for good.
